Saami (Sami) Salami
Founder & Architect of the Elisence Global Health Intelligence Ecosystem
Also known in some records as Sami Salami
Short Biography
Saami Salami — also written in some records as Sami Salami —
is the founder and chief architect of Elisence, a multi-phase global
health intelligence platform designed for families, clinics, ministries of health,
and regulators.
His work focuses on building safe, non-diagnostic, evidence-grade digital health
systems with Zero-Trust security, WORM auditing, multi-language support
(EN/FA/AR/TR/RO), and clear separation between wellness coaching and clinical
decision-making.
Focus Areas
Across the Elisence roadmap, his main focus areas include:
- Women+ Health & Life Companion — cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, and pain intelligence (Phase 7).
- Diabetes & GLP-1 Intelligence — safe support around GLP-1 medications, lifestyle, and long-term risk (Phase 9).
- Family Ecosystem 0–18 — children’s growth, sleep, digital safety, and family bonding (Phase 15).
- Global Nutrition Intelligence (GNIE) — culturally-aware food and diet intelligence (Phase 16).
- Mental Health & Calm — gentle, non-diagnostic emotional support modules.
Principles
Every phase of Elisence is designed under a small set of strict principles:
- Non-diagnostic, non-prescriptive — Elisence never replaces doctors.
- Evidence and audit first — WORM logs, provenance, and clear explanation of how each result is produced.
- Zero-Trust security — least-privilege access, encrypted data flows, and strong governance.
- Global-ready from day one — built for NHS, EU, GCC, and US style regulation.
