Design of the 17-Phase Elisence Roadmap
Architecture · 2023–2024
Created a structured, 17-phase roadmap covering core infrastructure, Women+ Health,
Diabetes & GLP-1, Provenance & WORM audit, Messaging & Public Profiles,
Family 0–18, Global Nutrition Intelligence (GNIE), Mental Health & Calm, and more —
each with its own safety rules, evidence model, and regulatory posture.
Regulatory-Grade Women+ Engine (Phase 7)
Women+ Health · 2024
Led the design and implementation of a Women+ Health engine that is strictly
non-diagnostic, fully traceable, and aligned with NHS-style governance, including
cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, and pain pathways with clear safety guards.
Diabetes & GLP-1 Intelligence (Phase 9)
Chronic Conditions · 2024
Developed a structured engine for GLP-1 and diabetes support with clear boundaries
between lifestyle coaching and clinical care, including charting, risk summaries,
and long-term evidence tracking for ministries and clinics.
Zero-Trust Security & WORM Audit Foundations
Security & Governance · 2024
Implemented core security patterns such as Zero-Trust access control, WORM-style
audit logging, provenance manifests, and token-based passports, ensuring that
Elisence can be reviewed by regulators, auditors, and ministries of health.
Public Launch of elisence.com
Public Website · 2024–2025
Designed and launched the public Elisence website, including phase pages, founder
materials, articles, videos, and a clear positioning for families, clinics, and
health authorities in multiple regions.
Family Ecosystem Assistant (0–18) Design
Phase 15 · 2025
Defined the blueprint for the Family Ecosystem Assistant, a 0–18 companion that
connects growth, sleep, school, digital safety, and emotional health — with aggregated
insights for schools and ministries, without exposing individual children’s records.
Global Nutrition Intelligence Engine (GNIE)
Phase 16 · 2025
Created the design for GNIE, the Global Nutrition & Diet Intelligence Engine, which
turns everyday food decisions into safe, culturally-aware guidance for people with
diabetes, heart, kidney, liver conditions, women’s health contexts, and families.
Resilience Under Legal & Personal Pressure
Personal · 2020–2024
Continued building Elisence throughout complex legal proceedings and police allegations.
Allegations were investigated and closed with no further action, while the Elisence
roadmap, engines, and governance model were strengthened instead of abandoned.
